Ray Hale
Coach Ray is the driving force behind the Milwaukee Mustangs Track Club, bringing a wealth of experience and a distinct vision for the growth of young athletes. With a specialization in sprints, relays, and jumps, he has meticulously crafted training programs that focus on skill enhancement and competitive readiness. His deep understanding of these events allows him to provide athletes with tailored coaching strategies that foster both individual and team success.

Drew Cuttil
Coach Drew brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the sport of track and field as the head coach for Zion-Benton High School. Since starting his coaching career in 2021, he has focused on developing young athletes' sprinting and relay skills. Under his guidance, athletes have not only improved their times but have also gained valuable competitive experience, preparing them for challenges both on and off the track.

Jason Waters
Coach Jason has been an integral part of the Milwaukee Mustangs Track Club since 2020, providing valuable support and guidance to our athletes. With a background as a former high school football player, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, particularly in the areas of speed endurance and plyometric training. His expertise helps athletes improve their performance on the track, allowing them to reach their full potential.

Santana Cocroft
Hi, I'm coach C. dedicated and passionate coach with five years of experience in track and field previously a basketball coach. Throughout my coaching career, I have worked with athletes of various skill levels, helping them to develop their skills, improve their performance, and foster a love for the sport. I believe in the importance of teamwork, discipline, and hard work, and am committed to mentoring athletes both on and off the track

Stefnee Ross
Coach Stefnee is a Milwaukee native who grew up running in a legendary local track club from 6-18 years old. Her passion for running led to winning City and State championships for Bradley Tech high school in the 100m dash.
She accepted an athletic scholarship to UW-Milwaukee, and contributed to indoor championship wins. Her love for track continues as a volunteer coach/admin beginning in 2001 for a local track club, a Washington high school kids summer program (2007-2009) and joining the Milwaukee Mustangs in 2021. She loves pouring into young athletes the techniques, skills and nutritional value needed to elevate them to their fullest potential! She’s known Coach Ray since 2004 and loves that he invests in developing athletes in a driven, fun and family-oriented culture. Let’s go Mustangs!

Stephen Drena
Coach Drena has been with the Mustangs since 2023, and has been coaching at Milwaukee Hamilton since 2022 where he is currently Head Coach of Cross Country and Track. He got his start in sprints and hurdles before settling into medium and long distance. Nowadays an avid distance and trail runner, you may run into him at your Saturday morning 5Ks. Drena coaches hurdles and medium and long distance with the Mustangs, to which he says "I look forward to helping our athletes progress and work toward greatness."
